چکیده

Finite element method and fiber model were used to calculate the load-carrying capacity of specimens. Based on experimental theoretical analysis, simplified calculation for this kind member is proposed. It indicates that finite result relatively small, accords well with result. Circular reinforced concrete members covered steel tube presents both characteristics filled member, showing higher greater deformability. The circular can be calculated by means confined concrete. predicted in good agreement
